Le parc du Domaine (The park)
Ancienne propriété cidricole du XIXe Siècle, située sur les hauteurs de Repentigny, elle fût exploitée pendant plus d'un siècle sur une centaine d'hectares. Son exploitation principale était basée sur l'élevage de bovins et comportait aussi une production de fromages de "Pont l'Eveque", cidre et Calvados.
Depuis une dizaine d'années, une large partie des terres ont été cédées au Haras du Montaval, spécialisé dans l'élevage des purs-sangs.
Au coeur du Pays d'Auge sur la Route du Cidre, Le Domaine de la Cour au Grip s'étend sur 1,3ha, il offre un panorama exceptionnel sur la vallée.
Le Domaine comprend une maison de maître en colombages et tuileaux d'une superficie de 200m² et des dépendances ayant pour anciennes fonctions fromagerie, bergerie, étable, chais, pressoir, bouillerie, cellier, écurie, charretterie et hangar.
Property formerly used as a farm back in the XIX century, situated on the top of a hill, it used to be run on more than 100 hectares for a century. Mainly based on livestock farming, it was also used for cheeses production such as the "Pont l'Evêque", as well as Cider and "Calvados" production, regional liqueur made of apples.
About 10 years ago, a major part of the estate was sold to the owner of the Montaval stud farm specialised in thoroughbred horses rising. In the heart of the Pays d'Auge on the "Cider route", the Estate now spreads on 1,3 hectares and offers a breathtaking view on the valley.
The Estate comprises the main house, half-timbered and with an area of 200 square meters,and eight outbuildings formerly used as a dairy, sheep barn, cowshed, pressing shed, boiling shed, cellar, stable, and warehouse.
